Pictures simply do not capture the exquisiteness of this resort. Stunning grounds, breathtaking views, and friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. Excellent service at the resort and also when arranging tours and transportation.
It was amazing stay amidst nature. One suggestion they can expand their food menu option may be some Indian food. Chef made complimentary cake for our son’s birthday n it was delicious. Thanks.
The hotel seems like it has been renovated recently.
They upgraded us to a villa which was a nice gesture.
The villa was in a great spot and super spacious, even though funnily enough with almost no wardrobe space.
There is only one restaurant and a coffee by the pool that close very early.
The main restaurant serves good food, but not memorable, especially for the price point.
The staff was kind and attentive.
Beautiful location away from the hustle and bustle of Denpasar. Very
serene with lovely views of the rice patties. Although an older style resort, it has lots of charm. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Nice pool. Has a glass "inclinator" that transfers visitors between different levels of the resort. Nice pool. Massages were great. Will definately visit again.

Definitely the best hotel in which we stayed at in Bali. The views are breathtaking and the hotel is planned in the way that you have a great view from each point. Staff was simply amazing. They are speaking very good English and immidiately answered our e-mails that we sent before arrival and described all the interesting activities that the hotel offers to guests. There is a wide offer of complimentary activities and some with additional (very reasonable) fee. We enjoyed most the tours and spa (one of the best massages I've ever had). At breakfast there is a big variety of tasty food. What was very important for us is that you can feel a friendly atmosphere also among the staff and honest willingness to accomodate all our requests. We met the manager who was nice and caring, making sure that guests are having a good stay. We only wish we had planned more time there. For those willing to see the real Bali that area is great as it is not so many tourists, less traffic and you can meet local people who are warm, friendly and willing to meet you. There is a local market 20min walk away that we recommend to see if you are there and enjoy walking. The hotel is also a great base to visit number of tourist attractions (rice fields, waterfalls and some of the great, scenic temples).
Wholehartedly recommend the hotel!

Not luxury but many great features
Family with 7 and 4yo in family room. The room has moisture issues so cannot use a towel twice and tissues and paper in room are slightly damp at all times. Fan and exhaust fan ventilation in room are inadequate. Room smelt of mould, with greatest source from the tissue box cover in bathroom. Hotel attempted to address this but still moisture problems continued and the smell stuck around. Room never felt clean enough. Hotel itself appears aged despite it not being an old resort. It has luxury potential but we felt disappointed they use the term 'luxury resort'. Spa and massage is in two regular hotel rooms- we chose from only 5 shades of aging nail varnish and it was not a luxury spa experience. Technicians were lovely. Kids club is unmanned alot of the time as the lovely lady in attendance does many of the other resort activities through the day. Kids club lacks toys and games though my children did love to visit and play with the few things they had. All staff at hotel were lovely and attentive and services were fast. Location and view is sublime, absolutely blissful. We loved our stay despite the areas that were lacking.

Really liked the location and things to do in that part of Bali. Beautiful views from the resort. Hillside villas were a little dark and felt old. Inclinator was slow, and one (of two) was out of order. (Can't imagine what would happen if other one broke down.) Because of slow inclinator, made waiting for any service from lobby very slow. Outdoor areas nicely maintained.
Absolument fabuleux.
