“The staff are super friendly and helpful. The hotel is very close to the Botani mall and other shopping areas.”

“Friendliness and Service of the staff are attentive, polite, and eager to assist with any requests. You felt welcomed from the moment you arrived, contributing to a positive overall experience. Bedding are comfortable, furniture outdated and the room are extremelly dark at night. very few lights including in the bathroom which is extremely dark. Rooms facing the main stress are extremely noisy! felt my bed was on the highway. Pool was ok with absolutely no services, which was a bit sad.……

“시내의 조금은 조용한 지역에 있어서 숙박하기는 좋았으나 음식점이나 큰 쇼핑몰에서는 떨어져 있어서 차량이 필요함. 걸어서 갈수 있는 곳에 커피점이나 옷가게 아울렛이 몇개 있고 공원이 있슴. 아침식사용 부풰레스토랑의 음식은 가지수가 많지는 않았지만 빵/과일과 커피 등 제공되어 깨끗하고 좋았슴. 단지 식당의 의자가 끌리면서 소음이 많이 나는 것은 아이디어 필요해 보임. 저녁식사용 부페를 이용해 보았는데 가격대비 다소 부족해 보임”

“I requested Travelio for WiFi in the room and toilet roll but no response at all. The light at the table was not blown but not replaced. No one came to do housekeeping during 3 days stay.”

“Spa!? What spa? There was no one around when i arrived. The bathroom was mouldy, hairs on the sheets that smelt unwashed. Beetles and ants all over the floor. The room swarming in mosquitos. Peple talking loudly all manner of the night right outside my door! Not impressed ”
