Gernika-Lumo Batzarretxea Hotels

"Friendly on-line help from staff, property was sufficient for a night, clean enough, and just FYI, it doesn't seem like a hostel at all to me. It has ensuite bathroom. A bit musty and definitely dated, but the price is fair for what you get. Would stay again."

"Good location"

"We can’t say enough about how lovely this apartment was! Clean, good use of space, thoughtfully stocked with a few snacks and drinks, excellent location, kitchen set up to be able to cook at home if desired. Great communication with the host. We would definitely stay there again."

"Amazing exclusive hotel, we got a room upgrade and half bottle of good champagne upon arrival! Wonderful service by Sorian and his colleagues. The room was large and comfortable, with a large terrace and jacuzzi. We booked a dinner table last minute and sadly did not have a table with a view, but the food was excellent!"

"Friendly people and the town comes alive late."

"Staff provided excellent directions off the camino. Nice restaurant for dinner and nice full breakfast. Beautiful hotel and walking path into Markina. Highly recommended."

"It’s a lovely property that met all of our needs. The room was nicely appointed, the food was delicious (dinner and breakfast). "

"Great location, friendly and helpful staff, and very roomy. While old and somewhat worn in places, it’s very comfortable with a great view over the bay. "

"Really nice apartment, clean, complete and modern, super staff!"

"Great Hotel and great location... The breakfast buffet was excellent, and the staff were very nice"

"Great location, nice room and clean areas."

"Nice clean hotel with restaurant / bar just below the train exit in the center of town with a great staff"

"Beautiful location, wonderful service, tasty simple breakfast"

"Good stay overall."

"Excellent place, great location. Friendly people."

"The place is very unique with terrific staff and a memorable breakfast!"

"No hay personal. No hay restaurante, ni recepción. Son apartamentos aislados en el monte. No te recibe nadie. Ni siquiera nos han pedido la identificación a los huéspedes. A la llegada no habia nadie para recibirnos. La decoración y diseño de los apartamentos es muy bonita pero no tienen casi ajuar para poder cocinar. No están preparados para el calor."

"Friendly staff, clean rooms, pleasant stay :)"

"Tutto perfetto. La posizione, l'accesso alle camere, la tranquillità. Se proprio dovessi dire qualcosa di negativo sarebbe il fatto che ho chiesto un telo doccia che non abbiamo trovato ed ho ricevuto la risposta quando ormai dovevamo partire. Ma per il resto tutto perfetto"

"Le : Hôtel situé dans le centre ville. Les - : Chambre très spartiate, sans chauffage et avec juste un drap en plein hiver. Mal insonorisé."
