“一間國際油名的酒店, 在整體管理及房間清潔低於一般水平. 我住兩晚, 竟然沒有人清潔房間,廢紙箱內仍然有垃圾, 沒有更新毛巾, 及收拾床舖, 查問前台人員, 竟然對答時執房的政策是alternative day收拾房間, 即是我住兩晚不會有清理房間的服務. 早上在大堂升降機與一名應該是酒店的管理人員一同乘搭, 升降機地面有水漬, 我跟他說有水漬, 他只是笑一笑, 我回來再乘搭升降機時竟然沒有清潔. 其次所謂歐陸式早餐, 冇乜選擇, 咖啡非常普通, 將預製食物翻熱, 只係讚的是,工作人員清潔台面十分努力, 對這間酒店有少少失望.”

“Everything was very clean and comfortable. However, I had not understood that the bathroom is shared. Not a problem.”

“My wife is disabled and requires a wheelchair. Unfortunately, our “Accessible” room was not really accessible. Carpet thickness made it difficult to roll the wheelchair. The bathroom contained a shower rather than the bathtub requested and confirmed. The bathroom sink was too high for a wheelchair user and the faucet too far from the front of the counter. On top of that, our room (#224) was right by the elevator so we could hear it go up and down. Finally, parking was not included so we had to……

“Need coin dispenser in laundry room or.Card readers , we always pay tip for eating, but dont need promp on card scanner taking over transactions, other than that a good stay farely quite”

“This property is very dated. The bathroom is small and the shower head did not work properly. Furniture was banged up carpets were worn. Staff were very friendly This hotel should get a 2.5 Would not stay again”
