"The room worked out really great for 2 adults and 1 child, who had a really cozy sleeping space just for him. The location was great: walkable to the main street in Garmisch and we walked every day to the gondola for Garmisch Classic ski area. Also walkable to the main train station and Zugspitze. It's been awhile since they've done any remodeling so it feels like a bit of a throwback, but hey it's nice not to stay in some overly tricked out boutique hotel. The back courtyard is really lovely and a great place to have breakfast whilst having the Alps looming over you. And that's why you're there in the first place."
