Fabulous home

This home is fabulous. We are nurses and we’re very impressed with the cleanliness here. The home is ideally located to explore the northern Oregon coast. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet. And the sunsets across the bay! Oh my! We would not hesitate to recommend this property and hope to come back.

Bachelorette trip

This was a beautiful and peaceful location to have my bachelorette. It is very spacious & perfectly accommodated 8 girls. The views are spectacular from morning to night and the deck is perfect to sit out and relax on. I loved how spacious the kitchen and dining areas were. My group was able to cook dinner each night and enjoy time together at the table. 10/10 house and location.

The views are priceless! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was well stocked with lots of room. The living room was comfortable. Loved the master bath! The WiFi worked well, no issues. The location of the house was also a plus.

Anniversary Getaway

This was one of the most amazing places we’ve stayed. The decor was beautiful and everything was super nice. I would like to give a shout out to the cleaning crew. Breathtaking Views with Stellar Natural Light

Unfortunately, the weather for our stay was a bit dreary but nonetheless spectacular. Hosts were kind enough to send us ideas of things to do, and directions were great! Beds are super comfy, kitchen is well equipped, the home is well laid out. I will say/caution the driveway is quite steep so please take caution in low cars and low-light.

Great view, accomodation, and ADA compliant

While the driveway was a little steep (not safe for starting out in either a power wheel chair or a manual), the facilities were first rate. Great King Master with view of Tillamook Bay, and gorgeous sunsets,. Kitchen/Living Room with same view, and access to outside deck. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable three bed rooms, very nice ADA master bath with grips for both shower and commode.

ALMOST PERFECT!

Except for the random burnt out lightbulbs, hot tub in the garage, and unwillingness to allow a late check-out (lol), we were VERY PLEASED with this home!!!! The negatives did NOT outweigh the positives! The layout - the kitchen - the deck - the VIEW - the immediate response from customer care - and SO MUCH MORE! We will be back!

Girls gone mild!!!

The girlfriends all decided to get together for a weekend together! We had so much fun, the view is beautiful and the game room was sweet even though we didnt use it. They left us a bottle of wine which is always a bonus when staying somewhere. Property has a lot of spunk and it’s close to everything. We only used the hot tub once since there was so many of us we had to do rotations.

Bay city Tillamook bay

This was an excellent place to stay. The view was amazing. The house was very comfy an clean. Very quiet neighborhood to. The manager was very prompt with response back very easy to work with. We loved this house due to it was all one floor no stairs except to the game room. The bed in the master bedroom was comfy. The master bathroom shower was awesome. Could use a seat for us that have bad knees an back. But overall this house was awesome. Will definitely keep it in mind next time. You won't regret renting this house.

Winter birthday beach trip!

I read the reviews and decided to ignore the negative comments and give this house a shot specifically because of it's location, view, And the many amenities offered which seemed like a perfect fit for keeping a family with teens occupied and having fun for our 17yr olds birthday. I am completely happy with everything from start to finish! Super smooth communication and check-in & out process and the house was absolutely perfect from the bedroom layout to a fully stocked kitchen, the endless views and a game room that kept everyone entertained especially on this stormy weekend getaway. We all loved it and would absolutely stay again in the future. Don't hesitate on this location!

A perfect coastal getaway

This unique home in Bay City is a great choice for those looking for an Oregon coast getaway. Upon entering you will be pleased to see the exquisite view of the bay as the wall of windows draws you to the picturesque scene outside. The open concept makes the space seem quite expansive and there is enough room for everyone to relax. Everything in this home is quite clean and comfortable. The kitchen is clean and has the essentials for making meals instead of going out to eat. This is nice because the restaurant choices in the area are slightly above mediocre. We lived the grill and we're really happy to see that it was very clean and had everything we needed to cook our meals. The hot tub, although we didn't use it, appeared to be very clean and well maintained. In the garage we found several outdoor games that helped pass the time. We made use of the game room downstairs and had a blast down there. The pool table is in good shape as is the ping pong table. You won't go wrong renting this property. We made some great memories here and are great full for the opportunity to share time with each other.

Beautiful Home But...

The house is beautiful!! It was spacious for all seven of us. The view was fantastic. We had a great time. Once we got heat, which is in the floor, in the primary living area it was comfortable. The bedrooms and bathrooms don't have heat, so they stayed cold the whole week. The heat registers on the walls in the bedrooms don't work. The beds were ridiculously hard/firm. Our shoulders and hips hurt each morning. We had looked forward to the hot tub and tried to use it a couple times. Unfortunately, it would trip the breaker and there was a smell every time we tried to use it, so it was too unsafe to continue, so we turned it off for safety reasons. We loved the house, but the lack of heat, the hard bed mattresses, and the fire hazard hot tub were problems, so we won't be renting it again.

Some very good and some not so good

Arrived late afternoon on sunny day. Inside home temp of 87 degrees and stuffy. No A/C so spent uncomfortable evening trying to evacuate warm air. Screen door inadequate to ventilate house. Other than difficulty of air flow, the Inside of home was very nice and comfortable for entire stay. Shortcomings were exterior of house with mold/mildew on eves, cob webs all over exterior, overgrown weeds around house, dining room chairs coming apart (I went to hardware store and bought allen wrench to tighten all legs of dining chairs), and refrigerator light out. The owners have been lax with home maintenance and I found this to be breach of expectation set as to the condition of the house as advertised on VRBO. Not worth the money charged for weeks long stay.
