“Front porch could use some seating. Lawn not cut upon arrival but 2 days later was cut. Water damage in living room and master bathroom. Slight odor upon entering property. Downpouring rain makes leaving side door bad with no covering. Dryer was not drying clothes properly. Had to put on multiple cycles..hall bathroom cabinet had some damage by toilet prior to arrival. Doors to washer/dryer off track prior to arrival.”

“Place was perfect… very nice inside, two sets of bunk beds in one BR, which our kids enjoyed. Small pool in nice backyard, which our kids used several times. “Joy was a gracious, kind and thoughtful host. I had everything I needed. The property is modern, comfortable and well located for what I wanted to do: explore and enjoy Bay St. Louis. It's a block from the beach and the Washington pier and Boat Launch; the Historic Depot District and downtown are easy walks away. For exercise I walked to downtown, church, the Bay St. Louis Bridge, round trip to Waveland and up and down the streets intersecting S. Beach Boulevard. I dined at nearby resturants……
