「The staff was so nice at the Terrace Inn. This is our second year staying there and will be going next year once again. It is a historic inn so you have to realize there are a lot of quirks that come with a very old building but I wouldn't change staying there for any of the new modern style motels or hotels. Very quaint in beautiful Bay View amongst all the old Victorian Cottages. I love it there!」

「Cleanliness was important to me. I have a rather severe allergy to dogs and requested a non pet friendly room. Dogs are restricted to the first floor. My room on the second floor was perfect with no hint of dog and a I had no allergy symptoms. No allergy symptoms on the first floor either. I would recommend.」

「Unfortunately, this stay was disappointing. The room had a strong musty smell that bothered my allergies. The listing photos were also misleading, as they made it appear that the room was part of the shared kitchen/home shown, when that area was actually a separate rental. We tried contacting the host about our concerns but received no response. Overall, the accommodation was not what we expected from the listing.」

「The esthetic of the buildings and grounds are very pleasing at first glance. In reality it appears to be an old econo lodge type motel remodeled with mcm details, but the musty smell remains in the room. The shower curtain liner was stained.
