“Staff was AMAZING. Great location! However, the room wasn’t ready until 5 and we just rode in on motorcycles in the rain. Also, if I was one of the owners of the property, I would be upset at the outdated facilities, such as the pool and the hot tub. It stated online the pool was heated.
