「They did not clean our room every day, not even every other day even though I asked them for it many times. When they 'cleaned' the room, they just organized it. They didnt change the sheets with the clean ones. No free drinkable water. No gym, no pool, no free parking, no bar, no comfortable lobby/gathering area, no hair conditioner.. Not sure how they received 4 stars. Our body wash was emptied on the 2nd day and I had to buy shower gel myself. Vending machine was not working. Overall it was...
