「Millennium Hotel is conveniently located, clean, and reasonably priced. Front desk staff speaks English. Our room was a large corner room with an amazing view of the city. We had a situation that needed resolved and the manager handled it perfectly and was extremely helpful and kind during our entire stay. We would definitely stay here again when visiting UB. 」

The facilities are a bit worn - on the first night there was a leak from my ceiling AC and bits of the ceiling fell. 「Probably one of the best hotel in UB and great value for money. Rooms are very spacious, clean, modern designed and cosy. Breakfast was great with lots of choice. The food street is just nearby like 3mins walk and the Winter Palace is also located on the same street reachable by like 20 mins walk. The hotel located in a rather wealthy district of UB that it felt very safe even walking on the nearby street at night. It not far from the airport too that won't be affected by the traffic jam in UB...
