Bright Apt 750 sq ft in Bayeux historic center w Pkg

In the heart of the historic center of Bayeux, this superb apartment is located 200m from the Bayeux Tapestry Museum and 350m from the famous Cathedral. You will stay in a magnificent 17th century private mansion with a garden. This apartment includes two bedrooms, a very large living room with an open kitchen, and a beautiful bathroom with an Italian shower.

You'll have a parking slot available for your car (first-come, first-served parking). It's an outdoor parking space but secured (inside the residence, protected by a closed gate). If needed, there are also available slots outside the residence, in the street.

You have two bedrooms: one large bedroom with a 180cm King Size bed, and a small bedroom with a 140cm double bed.

You could also enjoy our Netlfix and Amazon Prime Video subscriptions for free.

In the vicinity, convenient access awaits to Omaha Beach, the Cotentin and Bessin Marsh Regional Natural Park, the Museum of the Bayeux Tapestry, and the Baron Gerard Museum of Art and History. Additionally, the Bayeux Botanical Garden and the Courseulles-sur-Mer Carousel offer delightful experiences that should not be missed.

Very historic and beautiful apartment in the heart of Bayeux. Walkable to all of the main town attractions and shopping / dining areas. Courtyard behind the building was natural and beautiful.

The apartment is beautifully appointed, well-equipped kitchen and in a great location for exploring Bayeux. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was great - good shower. The main room was the best feature - open and full of light with great views. Communication with the host was timely and thorough. Our only disappointment was the parking. Because we had a rental car and knew parking would be an issue in that location, we were counting on the off-street parking. However, when we arrived, we were only allowed to unload our bags and then directed to find public parking nearby. We were able to find free public parking a couple of blocks away but the onsite parking was not as promised.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this apartment while visiting the Normandy area. The host Heloise met us at the train station and brought us to the apartment to show us all the features of the home. This apartment is walkable to downtown shops & restaurants and walking distance to the train station. It was clean and nicely decorated. We were happy with our stay and would recommend it highly.

It was immaculate, and very conveniently located within walking distance to everything we needed in Bayeux. Lovely old mansion. Outfitted with all that’s needed, including delicious espresso pods, a bottle of cider, and even soap/shampoo. Heloise communicated with us very well verbally, by WhatsApp, and with great handouts with pictures. She even let us check in a couple hours early since the apartment was available! With the construction across the street covering some parking, we were worried about finding parking each night in the enclosed smaller lot right by the apartment, but we always found a spot in that lot. Perfect location to walk to the sights and restaurants!

The location of this property is perfect. Easy to walk to the train and a cute little downtown! The property manager went above and beyond. She picked us up at the train, even though it was only a four block walk to the apartment. Very cute apt, she left a wonderful detailed book on everything in the apartment. Would definitely stay here again.

We had three days in Bayeux . The flat was fantastic, well equipped and with a great location. Our only problem was the parking, which due to some road works was in limited supply. Its only a temporary problem and we managed to park ok when we got there and didn't need to move the car again until we left. We will definitely use the flat again

The location was great and the apartment was very spacious. There were a lot of rules because it's someone's actual home. Only issues we had was parking not being easily accessible because of construction and some "supply" was out like coffee.

We could not have chosen a better place for our visit to Bayeux. Everything we wanted to see in this magical city is within easy walking distance. We enjoyed our stay very much. Heloise, our host, picked us up at the train station and provided a complete overview of the apartment. She and her daughter were delightful! The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect - you can easily walk anywhere in the old city of Bayeux and for those with a car, there is parking directly across the street from the apartment (parking pass included).

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment. Communication with the hosts was excellent. They are very friendly and truly want you to have a nice stay. The location could not be more convenient, with easy walking to major sites of interest, shopping, and dining in the historic city center. The apartment is well-decorated, and the beds are very comfortable. This is a quiet building, so isn’t suitable for parties. If I return to Bayeux, I will definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay here as we explored the rich history of Normandy and WWII. The apartment is lovely, well appointed and central to everything in Bayeux. Our teens unfortunately and unintentionally damaged a small bit of the beautiful hardwood floors. The owners were lovely to work through the process of us covering the repairs-even with language barrier. We highly recommend and would stay again if we return to this beautiful part of the world.

What a wonderful place to stay. Super clean, modern, with all the things you need to have a great time. The set up was easy, the grounds were fantastic, lots of suggestions for things to do and places to eat (which were great suggestions) and walking distance to most of the things you would do in Bayeaux. Next time I come, that is where I am going to try and stay!

We were there for 4 nights, and had a very comfortable stay. Walking distance to everything we wanted to cover and Bayeux is an excellent starting point for Mont St Michel tours. Parking was onsite, and additional bonus.
