“My room at 1st floor is facing a public road and there is sound from engine. Thus, it's a bit noisy.”

“員工服務很好 但是室內的浴室洗臉盆會漏水 ”

“In general the experience is good. The room is big enough, The only down side was the dinner at the hotel restaurant. The guy at the bar which is also the receptionist was extremely rude. We told him we booked a table. His reply was ‘so?’. We then told him we were early. His reply was ‘so?’. Not sure it’s the right attitude working at the restaurant. Otherwise the rest is fine.”

“Near to Mont Saint Michel, with free shuttle nearby”

“Best view ever Very nice staffs”

“Nice location, close to some shopping and restaurants and pubs. Great jumping off point for places like Juno Beach and Cancale.”

“Beautiful property recent renovations completed for sure, staff was more than helpful, town was so “Old France” and often thought about walking along streets that WWII solders walked. The entire area of Normandy was quite fascinating and beautiful.”

“The hotel is pretty good except reception staff. Of course it's a 5 star but some points I'd like to share with everyone. 1.Actually there is no Netflix as they write and reception staff doesn't know what is Netflix. 2. If you dress more formal, reception staff will welcome you more, otherwise they go through SOP and treat you coldly. ”

“整體很好，早餐特別好，服務好，好地點，特色建築物，只是浴室淋雨花灑太弱，手持花灑又沒有擺放點。”

“Great staff, room with a view.”

“L'hôtel est très bien placé proche de la gare et des Docks, prix très abordable pour une nuit. On est très bien accueilli dans une bonne ambiance, il y a différents espaces pour profiter dans des locaux bien entretenu. Dans le dortoir où j'ai passé la nuit, c'était très calme avec une salle de bain privative clairement propre. Le petit bémole concerne les oreillers qui sont pas assez grands et pas très confortable. Pour passer une nuit, ça vaut clairement le coup quand même ! Pour un peu plus il……

“Accommodation very clean and well equipped, in need of some tlc paintwork very damaged ,beds very comfortable we all slept well . Food in the restaurant really good ,its a shame the bar area is open very limited times so if you wanted a drink or a coffee only available when restaurant open ,nothing else close without a good 15 to 20 min drive.Good pools but awful smell in the changing rooms .”

“Beautiful hotel, great location - just a couple of blocks from the center of town - and a very helpful front desk. Rooms are well appointed with a very comfortable bed. Highly recommended!”

“This is one of the most beautiful properties I have ever stayed. Truly a unique experience from the check in to check out. Very small and intimate. The breakfast buffet was extraordinary . I must recommend having at leasst 1 dinner here. It was our favorite”
