It was my husband and I staying for 3 nights. We had one of the bigger rooms. It was very roomy and clean. The nights were quiet. Breakfast was great and offered at 7:30. They had a bar where you could get a drink after a long day touring and sit in the courtyard. We walked into town every night for dinner - only took 6 minutes. We would definitely stay again.

Belle Normandy was a charming place to stay. We stayed in one of the houses directly across the street from the main hotel. It was wonderful to have ample space after staying in small hotel rooms just prior to our arrival in Bayeux. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again if I am ever in the area.

The staff were wonderful! Everyone spoke English, which made it easy to understand their helpful hints and directions to attractions. The breakfast was great, the bar was excellent and they made us a charcuterie board for dinner when we were too tired to go out after our long tour. If you are looking for a place to stay in Bayeux or anywhere near the D-Day beaches, I highly recommend this hotel.
