「Nice, clean cabin will all of the essentials. Sitting on the river makes for a great location and easy access to the hot springs a short walk away. 」

「Great peaceful and quiet getaway! The hosts are very friendly and greeted us upon arrival. Super cute pups! The cabin is very clean and comfortable. We had a lovely relaxing and romantic stay. The location is perfect. Be sure to eat at the James Ranch Grill next door the food is delicious!」

「Very nice propery between Durango and Purgatory. Well furnished with beautiful views and nice amenities including the hot tub. Easy access to the road. There are stairs to access the home, but that was not an issue for us. Overall, very pleased with this choice. We will definitely stay again.」

「The home is wonderfully warm and cozy with little bits of sentiment throughout. The quiet street, large deck and hammock, and music collection were truly a joy and something you may not know you need but what a unique way to create space for people to enjoy the mountains. The lack of service and internet was refreshing- the kids didn’t mind at all with the trail to put around on and a most friendly neighbor dog “Jupiter” to throw sticks to! 」

「Pagosa and the cabin were just perfect. Dinners outside enjoying the sunset and hummingbirds. Very quiet and peaceful! Our family enjoyed the pool table and played mahjong on the patio! The cabin was perfect for adult children! We cooked many meals on the grill and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We will be back! Pagosa has so much to do from golf, to tubing down the river and many great restaurants. Thanks for a great time! 」

「ADORABLE cabin with all the right touches! Comfy bed and sofa, updated bathroom, well-stocked kitchen. But who's spending time inside with such an amazing view from the deck?! One of the best around the whole lake! Trail to the shore is steep, as advertised, but worth it to take the canoe out on the lake. Our host was so accommodating, gave us a great hike recommendation and answered texts ASAP with questions about the amenities. Hate to suggest you stay here, because I want to keep it all for...

「Lovely home and great location next to downtown. Great supplies in the kitchen—all we needed to prep our groceries for a few meals. Perfect room setup for us, and the loft space gave us a little extra room for painting and reading.」

「An amazing home at the end of the street which offered a wonderful view of the river. It had the feel of being all alone in paradise. The layout of the home was great, and the kitchen was well equipped. The home was clean, my only complaint was it had several spider webs by TV and fireplace and I am terrified of spiders.」
