“The constant street noise was a drawback. I should have done better research because I didn’t realize we were on the main route through the city. Nonstop cars drove by. The sound echoed off the building. The room was clean. The bathroom could have been better maintained - sink stopper gone so you could see whatever was dropped down the drain. Shower didn’t look really clean but it was probably because the tile was reglazed and worn. Beds were comfortable. Sheets were clean. Breakfast was fine.……

“Stayed in Durango for the night on the way from California to Colorado Springs. Older motel but in clean condition. The room had a small frig in it, desk, tv and a decent bed. It was great for a one night stay for the price. Ask for rooms towards the back as the front street is really busy. The front attendant was very helpful and nice. If you are looking for a high end room, this is not the place for you.”

“Great location to walk up town. It was quieter than I thought it would be. I did hear some noise, but it was not much. It was clean and overall pleasantly quaint. Great place to stay on a budget. I would stay there again.”

“We booked this hotel largely because of the pool and hot tub. When we checked in we were informed the heating element for both was out, so the hot tub wasn’t working and the pool was chilly, but at least open. Okay, we can work with that. However, when we went to swim, it was obvious the pool filter wasn’t working properly either. There was algae growth around the filter and filter ducts, a pool light with exposed wiring wrapped in duct tape pulled from the open socket to poolside linoleum and……

“Contactless check-in went perfectly. The motel has been updated so the interiors felt modern and clean with all expected amenities. The motel is close to the majn road, but we slept soundly. Very close to a cute coffee shop and the riverwalk.”

“We used almost all amenities while staying here: the locker room, lap pool, fitness center, business center, and restaurants. The staff was wonderful, the food delicious, the pools were great to use for my morning swim. We would stay again. Our only disappointment was that we couldn't get any WIFI connection in our room, even our phones said "emergency calls only"- so if you stay at the end of the hall with rooms 200, be aware you may not have service.”
