Jacuzzi was filthy

I have few complaints for this property overall, but the condition of the jacuzzi raises significant concerns about how this property is cleaned between guests. There was a film of brown gunk (dirt? dead skin? who knows) covering the surface of the water and stuck to the inside of the cover. Had we not turned on our phone flashlights to take the cover off, we wouldn't have even seen it due to the lack of working lighting in that area. Luckily we noticed it before anyone got in. If we didn't see it in the dark and someone sat in that filth, I would be furiously demanding a full refund. I cannot recommend this property due to the lack of proper cleaning. The jacuzzi was a major selling point for me and the disgusting condition of the water makes the whole rental feel like I got ripped off.
