「We had a blast! Everything was clean and inviting. Well stocked kitchen and beach supply closet. We used the Kayak with ours and had a great time on the water. Truly the most relaxing week. 」

「Nice house. We love the bay side. The pool was fabulous. The back deck is nicely fenced for kids and dogs. The kitchen had everything we needed. Note that previous comments mentioned no coffee filters…we left a bunch. The only seasonings in the home were salt and pepper. We brought ALL of our own. There were no games/playing cards-we brought all of our own and were glad that we did. The WiFi situation is not good but that did not detract at all from our stay. If you have folks that are...

「Beautiful home close to the beach! Spacious, comfy, loaded with everything you need- tons of storage. This was our first year on the island & we loved it. We are already looking at next years dates! Owners are helpful & respond quickly! Our only suggestion is maybe another fridge, even a mini fridge. Our family of 11 had a heard time putting a week’s worth of food in fridge. Haha! 」

「My wife and I don’t enjoy beIng in a commercialized place for vacations so we were told about dauphin island and we found this place and it looked peaceful so we decided to give it a shot. The week we were there it was so quiet and peaceful. We got rested up only wishing we could have stayed a couple more days, and we decided that we weren’t cooking all week and we found the fresh seafood to be a real treat. Kitchen was well equipped, with both a coffee pot and keurig. The pool was a great and convenient - we used it more than we originally thought. 「My family and I loved every minute of our stay at the Lucky Dog. Each family member had plenty of space. The Porches and downstairs outside areas were great to have. And especially the fenced in yard for the dogs was perfect. We enjoyed the beach every day and spent the evenings either eating out or eating at the house and saving money. 「Our stay was for 9 days. The house was spotlessly clean.It’s very comfortable with many ammenities, especially in the kitchen. A drawback is that there’s no interior dining table. The outdoor picnic table is good, as long as it’s not raining. The kitchen counter indoors seats only 2, so that’s a drawback.There was a huge, violent storm our fourth night that knocked out power and internet to the entire island.Power was restored quickly, but we were without internet for 5 days, although friends...

「We had a great week in this house. We had our three kids&spouses and seven grandchildren ages 2 months-7 years. The layout of the house was perfect for all of us and we really enjoyed the gulf views with the dunes in front. Accessibility to the beach was a real plus.」
