“The lady that was monitoring the breakfast area was super friendly and very helpful. I was a little disappointed in the room, which was marketed as accessible, but there was a tub with a bench, but my husband who walks with a cane and his unstable on one leg was unable to get into it. I was kind of expecting a walk in shower. Other than that, I thought it was a great value for the money.”

“Breakfast is minimal. Room smelt moldy and musty and had stains all over the carpet and bedding.”

“Great customer service.”

“Room/bathroom were clean. Bed was very firm. Continental breakfast was meh. The staff at check in was nice. I would stay again as the price was right and was just for one night.”

“Thx”

“Great location. We really like the rooms and the boutique-y feel of the place. The bar makes great drinks. We went in town long and didn’t eat at the restaurant, but we will when we come back. Staff was really friendly.”

“Lack of elevator was difficult”

“1st time staying at the Lowell Inn! Very convenient location and helpful staff. Noting that the bathroom got pretty steamy (we didn't see a fan), and that there were so many mirrors!”
