“Room was clean and quiet. Pleasant experience at the bar very friendly staff.”

“The staff at this location has no hospitality. Each receptionist I encountered had no personality and should not be working at the front desk. The room was not clean. There were water spots on the desk. The bed was so lumpy, needs a new mattress. The floor was dirty and had not been mopped. No long mirror in the room. Lastly, the cookie was old. It was burnt and kept in the warmer too long. I asked when they were baked and she stated could have been baked the date before. I thought the cookies……

“The room was lovely. It was clean, and very cute. I accessed it via a code emailed several hours before check-in. I did not see or interact with the front desk folks during my entire stay. My only issue was interrupted sleep. The people in the room next door (or somewhere close to my room) were very loud. I woke up to what sounded and smelled like a party. If it weren’t for the interrupted sleep, I would say it was a wonderful place to stay. If I stay here again, I will request a quieter floor.”
