"If you intend to have a drink in your room bring your own glass. There was only 2 cups and they were the coffee type. If you filled it to the tippy top you might have 8 oz. Also there's very little room for CPAP machines. We disconected the phone so we had more room. But everything was very clean and staff were nice. We would stay there again but would pack a couple of glasses. Breakfast was typical, eggs, meat, waffles, etc..."

"This was my family's first time staying at a casino resort. It certainly had plenty of entertainment options and the room was fine for our needs. Once we figured out how things worked, the food options were fine and the breakfast buffet was really good. The main deterrent for me was the convoluted system for doing anything and the fact that you had to keep going through the casino. It felt like an odyssey to figure out where things were, go stand in line to get a "players card", then go to an atm-like kiosk to click buttons and get a bunch of coupons but some things were just on the card, and most were not related to the things we were trying to do. I understand the main money maker is the casino, but for a family that mainly wanted to use the resort amenities, it would have been much easier if we could have just received everything at check in along with some type of brochure with a map and instructions for how to use the amenities, instead of having to complete a self-guided training course for how to be a good gambler. On the positive side, all of the staff was really helpful, and our son enjoyed his time at the pool and arcade."
