「I reserved an accessible room. When I checked in I was told the room I reserved was not available. There were 6 cars in the parking lot. I was given a hearing accessible room which defeated the purpose of having a mobility room. No grab bars anywhere in the room. I may not look disabled but there is a readon I reserve one.」

「We checked in at 4pm, when it says on their website that check in time starts. Upon arrival, we were told that our room wasn't ready yet and that they didn't know when it would be ready. We arrived at 4pm so that we could sit in the hot tub before the concert at Treasure Island started at 6pm. We missed out on the hot tub and had to get ready in the main hallway bathroom since our room still wasn't ready. It was dissapointing. And the hot tub is closed on Mondays so we weren't able to use it the...

「Laundry was 3.00 per load qash and Dry. But you had to spend 6.00 on drying if you wamted your clothes dry. Each and every employee i spoke with was very friendly and accommodating Wach went above amd beyond what they neesed to do. 」

The location of the hotel is about ten minutes from WAL-MART supermarket. It is also convenient and will be selected again.」
