"The staff were really good. I have nothing negative to say about the employees I interacted with. However, our room was just not clean. It was dingy. The showerhead was like a trickle. The garbage disposal in the sink smelled terrible when we turned it on and the smell never left. The floor was sticky. It just wasn’t the standard I expected from a Home2Suites hotel. There was a nice pet area. And I will say the hotel seemed to be in a nice/safe area as well."

"Despite the “no smoking” signs, most of the place smelled like marijuana. The guest laundry room was terribly dirty, the halls were dirty and needed vacuuming. An ice machine was leaking water on the floor and no one dealt with it. Everything looked worn out and poorly maintained."

"Well we were woken up at 3 AM by a malfunctioning smoke alarm that maintenance could not turn off. after 20 minutes of us waiting in the lobby the front desk lady gave us a new room and extended our checkout as we had to move rooms in the middle of the night the new room was on the 7 th floor the malfunction happened on the 4 th floor the new room was nicer than the first room. The front desk lady was super at trying to accommodate us due to the incident."

"They are under construction and I totally understand that as they’re update the hotel, but the parking lot and the view that we had from our room was nothing but like garbage bags and trashed and like was it cleaned up breakfast was decent I can’t complain about that the ice machine by our room did not work so we had to go to the next floor. We also were there for a tournament and requested to have rooms close to our teammates because we book well in advance. We’re checking in we were told for our all by each other and we’re actually spread out bike. Far from each other was kind of sucked for everybody and we’re still trying to stay close as a few."

"Excellent stay. Free/easy parking and helpful staff. Clean and spacious room, very comfortable bed. Great window seat and desk. Internet slightly spotty at first but there’s a support line to call if needed and it was fine after that. Would absolutely stay here again."
