It’s a little far from the Festspielhaus (if you’re there for the Wagner festival), but they run a complementary shuttle to and from the operas, along with a complementary reception (with prosecco and snacks) right beforehand, which was a nice touch. "We were there for the annual Opera Festival. Many of the guests were there for the festival also. The hotel arranged bus transportation (for a small fee) for everyone, and each night had a champaign get together before departing. The breakfast buffet was wonderful, and the staff was very helpful in every way. The room only had 2 twin beds, so that was the only negative."

"The staff are excellent from the front desk to breakfast room to house-keeping. My room was 15 meters from the train station and I could hear announcements and obviously, trains. However, with the windows and doors closed, it was surprisingly quiet. "

"Nice ckean comfortable room, good temperature throughout. Filling breakfast, with plenty of choice. The vending machine was quite expensive, it's better to go to town and buy water, beer, soft drinks snacks. "

"It was an old hotel. Every equipment in the room was very old. TV in my room had no signal and didn't work. It was cleaned up in the room. When I checked in, a reception lady said only two times, "your name?" and "room number 17"."
