「It was spotlessly clean and brand new, but freezing cold. The room was really cold; there was an issue with the heating system and the radiators were not heating up properly. The room never warmed up. Apart from that, it was a very nice facility.」

「A great choice for staying in Hamburg but outside of the historic city center. You can easily access the historic center via the bus stop located directly across the street which runs are fairly reliable intervals and, in turn, grants you walking access to a wide variety of amazing German restaurants, pubs, and shops.」

「酒店座落在班贝格老城区，去老城区观光和购物仅5-6分钟就能达到，而且酒店座落在河边加上是非常有当地特色的木筋房老房子本身就是一个景点，特别要指出的是酒店的餐饮非常有特色，非常精致，味道非常好，一般很难对德国餐饮有如此评价。」

「Das Zimmer war einfach klasse. Ein richtiges Erlebnis. Das Frühstück war reichlich und es gab eine tolle Auswahl, das Personal war super freundlich und ich kann die Burgführung (die für Hotelgäste kostenlos ist gegen Voranmeldung) sehr empfehlen. In der Umgebung gibt es die Falknerei, die definitiv auch einen Besuch wert ist und die Schlossschenke hatte auch sehr leckere Sachen im Angebot, wobei hier die Öffnungszeiten beachtet werden sollten, wenn man Abends dort essen möchte. Der Parkplatz...

「The hotel is just near the Bamberg town centre area, with about 10 mins walk you may reach to most of the historical attractions such as the Dom, the Altes Rathaus etc. The room was comfortable and very clean, and staff are friendly and helpful. It’s surely the best choice for a leisure stay in Bamberg.」
