"The hotel was conveniently located across the street from the station and DisneySea. Found the restaurants to be pricey for the offering. Had food delivered. Spent an overnight stay here and was not able to use all of the amenities but the indoor pool and spa were great! Amazing for families, there are a lot of offerings for children. "

"This is an upscale, beautiful hotel. We stayed here for 1 night pre 12 night cruise and it was the best experience. Incredible service/amenities/linens and we had a large room facing the cruise terminal, ...so we could actually see our cruise ship in port the night before. We added on the executive lounge package and I'm glad we did. The snacks and drinks in the lounge were all needed for dinner. (So much more than just snacks) The buffet breakfast on the top floor had an incredible selection, was delicious and had a stunning view. After a busy 19 days touring around Japan, this was the perfect way to slow down before our cruise. The taxi to and from the International cruise terminal was just $1000 Yen. (We also booked our post cruise airport shuttle through the hotel to Narita airport-1/3 the price that the cruise ship was asking for the same service!-They also gladly stored our luggage for the day while we took a river boat trip-our flight heading home wasn't until the evening). "I rarely write negative reviews, but this hotel completely ruined what was supposed to be the trip of a lifetime for my 10-year-old son. Tokyo, Japan had been his dream destination for years—he saved his allowance, talked about it nonstop, and was beyond excited to finally experience it. After a brutal 30-hour travel day (multiple flights, layovers, and exhaustion), we arrived at Tobu Hotel Levant Tokyo only to be told our room wasn’t ready. There was literally no seating area for guests waiting to check in. My tired 10-year-old and I had to stand in the lobby for a long time with our luggage, completely drained. It was heartbreaking to watch his excitement turn into disappointment right from the start. But that was just the beginning. The real nightmare was the noise. On multiple nights, loud guests (talking, laughing, slamming doors) kept us awake for hours. The first time I went to the front desk to complain, they did absolutely nothing—no empathy, no action, just a shrug. I had to come back a second time with a video recording of the noise before they even acknowledged it. Their “solution”? Make us move rooms in the middle of the night. We had to repack everything, haul our luggage up two floors, and unpack again at 2-3 AM while my son was exhausted and confused. Because of this, we got little to no sleep on 4 out of our 8 nights. A 10-year-old who should have been making lifelong memories of his dream trip instead spent half the vacation overtired, cranky, & disappointed"

"Great to stay close to the parks. Shuttle runs every 10 mins from out the front. We never had an issue getting on. You can also catch the shuttle to the hotel with your luggage (juts make sure you go to the disney bus stop not the JR one)"
