「I really like the room structure and the sea view with large floor-to-ceiling windows, but the cleanliness of the items in the room is not enough, the equipment is old, everything else is okay.」

The gentleman that checked us in mumbled to us, didn’t explain anything (the other employee next to him checking other guests in gave a friendly in depth explanation of everything). And when I asked him two questions he gave me a one word answer and rolled his eyes both times. We were placed on a floor entirely booked by grad students who threw a party on the entire third floor which was shut down by...

「Bike trail is right behind the hotel making it very convenient. Outlets are right there as well. Always clean and comfortable to stay. Breakfast is a little drab though.」

「If you think the Tapestry Collection implies a step above the usual accommodations at, say a Hampton Inn, think again. This place was closer to a Tru - very austere and disappointing. I do not believe that Hilton actively evaluates any of its labeled properties for conformance to any minimum standards - except possibly for those it owns directly which are most certainly the higher priced ones.」

「Pros: kitchen breakfast staff was very nice and helpful, a/c in room worked well. Cons: charged a 50.00 deposit i didnt know about refunded at checkout, there was 2 stains in carpet in my room and I noticed 2 towels were stained when I held up to the light . Water pressure in shower was weak. Also the walls must be thin because I could hear my neighbors next door too well」

「This is our go to Hotel at the beach. It is a dog friendly place. Everyone is very nice.」

「The front desk staff is exceptional; helpful, caring, funny. Love the room carts during the day to get room supplies with or without cleaning service. The room attendant on my floor even stopped to ask if I needed anything. Still need a bit of breakfast work. Omelet's seem like frozen patties. Would be nice to add spoons at the coffee pots for sugar and napkins for coffee after hours.」

「During our day, nobody cleaned our room. I requested for baby crib which they placed it, but wasn’t made it when I asked them to send somebody to make the crate. They said you’ll have to do by yourself..」

「Cannot say enough great things....the staff was so nice and helpful. I never was ignored or felt like they were annoyed with me in any of the departments (front desk, food servers, cleaning staff.) We are a family of 5 so our youngest was provided a cot that was large and comfy and fit well in the room and they brought us plenty of sheet and pillows and a blanket. There is plenty of breakfast food in the morning and coffee and tea 24/7. The egg omlets were tasty and you can make your own...

「I can’t say enough about the staff at the Castle in the Sand. We had to move from another unrelated hotel in the area after a very poor experience and everyone we dealt with was so helpful. 」
