The hotel is converted from an old elementary school, which gives it a unique character. However, the bathroom is a bit small, with a sink that seems sized for elementary school students, making it easy to splash water everywhere. 「We liked the convenient location to North Conway and Storyland, which was the reason for our stay. It was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Downside was lack of quiet. We were on the first floor and could hear lots of running and footsteps above us. Also, the breakfast area is small for the number of guests. We got there at opening, so we were fine, but many guests were waiting for a table to open up.」
