"We liked this location, however, the room signed to us, the stopper in the bathtub broke, we couldn’t take bath, shower was ok! It is clean! The AC is old and was a bit noisy when it was on. Overall it was a good experience!"

"Besides being a bit noisy at night, we enjoyed everything. The daily housekeeping was a plus, and the patio and common balcony areas were very nice. All of the staff was friendly and helpful."

"Perfect little get away! Close to zoo as well As beach and nice spot on the marina. Paul the bartender at the pool bar was top notch! Lanai room was just great for our family get away. "

"So here’s my honest review . The resort is perfectly located. Steps away from own beach , garden is gorgeous. However here’s my take: for as much as we paid for our room and the additional “resort fee” each day. The rooms were very dated ! Old carpet, old furniture, horrible water pressure in the shower , awful glueing toilets. Cheap single ply toilet paper , 0 space in bathroom vanity , vanity sits at an angle where no matter what u put next to the sink , it slides into the sink. Hot tub closes at 10. That was frustrating. We stayed 7 nights . Although we did enjoy our time , I’ve stayed in nicer resorts with much better rates . Rooms just need major updates . Sort of suprised that this resort didn’t have laundry. (Only paid per garment dry cleaning ) staying 7 days , playing in thr water etc - we had to make two seperate trips to a local laundromat. Another negative, when we booked we were told there were two sea lions on premises. They weren’t . Pretty disappointed in that. The trailer / airstream that serves breakfast was pretty good . No matter the room the views were great . Walking distance to Belmont park. We will stay again next year, for an entire week- but truly hope they invest in some updates , Laundry machines and BETTER TOILET PAPER ! "

"I chose this property due to its nearness of the bay. I bring my folding bike and cruise down on a trip for work out. The room I got was clean with good supplies soap, shampoo, conditioner, and a good working mattress and TV with cable. I never tried using the pool ,but it look like it needed service. I was more into using the gym right down the hall from my room. I like that the room had a refrigerator ,microwave and a bathtub , for us this is a must ! I enjoyed my stay at the Green Tree Inn ,as I was well rested when we left. I needed towel and the staff quickly brought a supply... nice . Thank you Green Tree Inn. :)"

"room was clean but smelled musty. parking is NOT included. elevator made terrifying noises every time it gets to the first floor. staff was not super friendly and while I was checking in the man at the front desk was more interested in watching 90 day fiancé than getting me taken care of. "
