"The staff was super helpful. We stayed two nights and had two rooms. On our first night, my friend and her boyfriend experienced trouble with their air conditioning unit. The AC sparked, made weird noises, shut off, and was dripping water. In the morning, we alerted the front desk. They were on it right away. They gave them a new room with a functioning AC, only one room away, so we were still close to them. Besides that, everything was nice. The bed was very big and comfortable. The room was clean. There was plenty of parking. They not only had parking outside near the rooms, but they also had underground garage parking. It was an easy 10-minute walk to Pechanga Arena."
