The enclosed backyard is a delightful secluded spot to sit with a book or a beverage, and the location is excellent, in a quiet residential neighborhood just two blocks from the beach. “Location. Location. Location. Walking distance to Sunset Cliffs is something special. Having the option to just go at any time of day, or night, in fog, bright sun - is priceless. If you are looking for peace and quiet this is not the place. Planes constantly overhead all day but that is all of Ocean Beach no matter where you are and wish I knew that first.
