「Quick nights stay my expectation is for cleanliness and good location. Location is very convenient off I24. The room was so-so on cleanliness. I spilled water on bathroom floor. When i cleaned it up, my rag was BLACK. We had just arrived so it wasn’t anything we brought in from driving.」

「They helped us in the storm. I think we got the last room. The lady that checked us in helped us get in the reward program and to amend our reservation. She was really nice . Their power had even been out and the doors weren’t working and they had to run out there to let everyone in. The only complaint was that our room needed cleaning. I think I heard they had been using for staff that had to stay over. So that was understandable and we were just glad to get a room . 」
