"Abby’s property was great for a quick trip to FL with the family. Abby was also very communicative which we appreciated since we were traveling with an infant. We loved how clean it was and that everything was included - soap, shampoo, coffee, towel, sound machine, pack and play and more! We especially loved the nice smart tv in the living room which made the stay feel like home away from home. Thank you for hosting us! "

"Great location in Neptune beach! One block off the beach and about a 10 minute walk to a really nice downtown with a wonderful coffee shop and some nice restaurants. Abby was great! We actually ran out of paper towels mid trip and Abby had them delivered in less than an hour. Would highly recommend the stay! "
