「Very cute updated 60’s-vibe motel. Perfect for our short stay in the Jacksonville beach area. We checked in on our own, with no problems. (Clear instructions emailed the day before.) The room Was clean, amenities nice, comfortable bed with lots of pillows. We did not have housekeeping, but technically really didn’t need. There was a coffee shop on premises, which is apparently popular with local runners after their beach run, and because our room was upfront across from the shop, we had about...

「Nice hotel and a bit pricey. Charged $75 pet fee and $18.95 (per day) to park so go ahead and add that to your bill. So one night cost $500 after pet fee and parking. I did get an awesome view of the beach though. The free breakfast is ok but you might want to skip the eggs - not good at all. The oatmeal, bagels and waffles are all good. Staff is very nice and has the usual weight room and bar and decent outdoor restauraunt.」

「Very nice rooms. The A/C does not have an “always on” option and the temp was hard to keep cool. Expedia claims there’s complimentary beach umbrellas and chairs but this is false. Overall pretty nice stay. 」

「This is a beautiful and clean hotel. We wished we could have stayed longer. Great staff and the rooms were very clean and the bed was comfortable. They even had a laundry room that we could use. I will be looking for TownePlace Suites from now on.」

「We got this property because we could take our small dog. They do amazing with that and our room was big and spacious. We had more than enough room for our baby’s pack n play. The biggest downside was this hotel did not have hot water for our baby’s shower or any shower during our stay. It was difficult to give our baby a bath here. We were also under the impression we would get a bathtub but we got a shower. Other than this hiccup, it was a good stay and it was clean. 」
