「My stay was great. Only suggestion is a night light. Staying in a strange place that is pitch black if you wake up can be scary. Just my opinion. But great stay, great location!」

「This top and bottom apartment is an excellent cozy getaway right next to the ocean. Paired with a cool pool adds cherry on top. I had a great time staying here for a couple days soaking in the sun and the ocean. The apartment was clean and very well laid out. Having one and half bath was also very convenient. Situated in a quiet part of Jacksonville Beach, this location cannot be beat. I will be back again very soon.」

「This is an outstanding property. Beautiful surroundings and rooms. Staff was great! Our last morning there, the breakfast area ran out of silverware and napkins an hour before breakfast shut down. They did not replenish the silverware. We had to use plastic ware (flimsy) to cut sausage and waffles. 」

「Excellent room- lots of space and storage. Clean. Check in was late due to family emergency but smooth and professional. After that, sometimes no one manned the desk or even looked up. If I asked for a clean towel (because I did not seek room clean for 4 days), I felt like I was a nuisance.No “lounge” service at all despite advertising they had one. Apparently there was no one to work it. 」

「First time at this or any Tru by HILTON. Very pleased with the property and the convenient location. I would consider this an economical yet minimalist hotel. Very clean, comfortable and well appointed though not lush which was the price point I was looking for. The free breakfast was more than adequate and tasty, quite a number of options. Coffee available all day. Decent workout area. Staff very pleasant and welcoming. Definitely returning on my several trips a year north from south Florida. 」
