"It's a simple hotel room. Bed is comfortable, it's safe, it's quite, and right on a beautiful beach. "

"The place was nicely appointed and worked well with our dog. Good lighting (natural and electric), nice comfy beds, showers with doors instead of nasty curtains, hot tub was hot, kitchen was practical and stuff worked. Beach access was lovely. What the listing did not tell me was the location was about 40' off HWY 101. The upstairs bdrm was loud (ear plugs a must) and background music was necessary always to help you focus only on the beautiful beach and not the traffic noise."

"Beautiful home right on the beach. It was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for cooking. Very comfortable beds. Nice hot tub with a ocean view. The host checked on us making sure all was good."

"Cottage 7 was a beautiful upper level place with gorgeous unobstructed views. The decor and useablity of the space was perfection. The beach access was a straight shot from our backyard. Waldport is a small town but Newport is only 30 minutes away. My only negative note would be the kitchen pans and gadgets were sparse if you actually plan on cooking during your stay."

"Great beach access and lots of room for a big group or family. Waldport is about 4 miles away. The house is very well stocked and they provided a very comprehensive manual on how to's for the home and your responsibilities in checking out of the home. Our only issue was with the hot tub. It wasn't very clean and was missing parts and headrests. We didn't get in it until the 2nd night so there wasn't much the management team could do to rectify the situation. We learned we should check upon arrival to see if it is clean and heated. "
