“The Positives include: (beautiful view, solid kitchen, nice seating area, master bedroom very spacious, owners communications effective and pleasant) Negatives (you don't really control the thermostat, while you are there. You can set it, but than it reverts back hours later. You need to give control to the occupants. In addition, one shared bathroom/shower for everyone was annoying. If we had more occupants with us that would have been worse than it was. Its my fault for not noticing it when……

A small, clean and cozy place, not far from our daytime destination, the apartment offers all the basics - kitchenette, nice bathroom and modern shower, a comfy Queen Size bed, and even some snacks and essentials for a comfortable stay. The area has some restraunts and bars nearby too, though we were happy to stay in and watch some Netflix. I would highly recommend this apartment to a friend, and Ricardo has been a pleasure.
