“We loved this place. It was beautiful and large. Abigale kitchen and lots of sleeping areas. Close to restaurants and the lake. So many things to do in the house and surrounding areas.”

“This was a really fun place for our family reunion. Everything was clean and well cared for. Plenty of pots and pans in the large kitchen. Great patio with grill. It’s slightly cooler than Lava where we were spending time so that was nice. Lots of room to play and explore. The host was quick to reply. Grandkids loved the great rom with bunk beds.”

“Our stay at Lake Effect Lodge was amazing. Property management was very accommodating, responsive with questions, and easy to work with. I mentioned to Adis that I was booking the Lake Effect Lodge for my retirement party as a gift to my family to show my gratitude for a lifetime of support throughout my career. When we arrived, we were greeted with a thoughtful welcome card and small gift congratulating me on my retirement and offering their assistance to make our week there a special……

“We found the property to be clean and the kitchen was well-equipped. Bear Lake Luxury Rentals handled all communication and they provided excellent customer service. They quickly addressed all questions and a few minor issues. Staying at The Reserve is always a treat - we love the clubhouse access. We had 35 guests and needed to use the sofa beds; as is typical with sofa beds, they are not extremely comfortable and one is in the living room which is in the middle of the action. Just……

“This was our 2nd stay at this home. It is well laid-out and met all of our needs. Sometimes that's a tall order when there are 22 of us! Our grandkids really liked having access to a pool.”

“It was clean and had a lot of parking for our large group! Great property for large groups with plenty of space for everything!”

“Great place and hosts were super easy to communicate with”

“I cannot in good conscience leave your place a 5 star review. First of all in talking with our renters in the area, we were way over charged for our stay. Now for the reasons for my 1 star review, the yard was over grown with weeds to the point that we could barely find a safe path to the front door. The porch railing is broken and nearly cause a fall. The house was not clean. Even the walls needed repair. I have made a detailed list and took several pictures of items in house that were broken,……

“This place was a lot of fun and felt very roomy for 20 people!”

“We stayed for 3 nights in this cute home and loved every minute of it. It is close to the businesses and was a fun atmosphere for our family. Thank you!”

“Awesome location! ”

“Such a great place for large family trip with kids!”

“Burly Bear was a perfect choice for our 60th Wedding Anniversary gathering with 5 families (18 people.) It was very clean &well equipped (high quality linens, towels, bath supplies, etc.) The room layout was great for sleeping arrangements, since we had grandparents, parents, and grand kids ranging from young adults to teens to primary grade. The kitchen was well stocked with all the dishes & cookware one could need, as well as many appliances (crock-pots, electric skillets/griddle, air……

“This cabin was so cute and cozy! They also had anything you need there was a nice little fridge sink all the dishes and a huge shower! It was a very nice place.”

“Great house with breathtaking views!”

“Good communication prior to checking. Easy checking. Good communication throughout the stay. Home is spacious, well laid out. Great place to stay for a large group.”

“Super logement, très bien agencé, avec une belle vue sur le lac (bien qu’un peu lointaine), tout confort !”
