「The staff didn't seems friendly when we checked in. She were unhappy with our booking, I guess she couldn't earn more money since we booked the cheaper room. But we are guests, why she thought the unhappy face to us.」

「Did not get room reserved. Room was not as described. Fold out couch was described as a queen bed in a suite. Suite was described as 2 bedroom suite was a king bed with fold out couch. Staff was not able to help at all.」

I messaged host and waited almost 2 hrs for a response. Got a hotel room. Neighborhood was suspicious. I did not feel comfortable going back to the property. I never gained access into the room. Host messaged and called on Tuesday several times. 」

「The hosts were very attentive to our needs and communicated efficiently. Would've loved if the hot tub was ready for us when we got there. It was 54 degrees and took a full 24 hours to heat up. The grandkids were pretty sad about that. Everything else was fantastic. Also, the house is equipped with everything you could ever need. The kitchen is well-stocked with several appliances and lots of plates and silverware. 」
