「This is a beautiful property with many amenities. It's very clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly & accommodating. They have a little kitchen area on each floor where they stock water and ice packets free to guests. They put free muffins, breakfast bars & fruit there in the a.m. & freshly baked cookies in the afternoon. The restaurant is excellent. You can dine there or order food to pick up or have deivered. They really cater to their guests' convenience. It was a lovely...

「My stay at the residence inn was very nice the staff was great. Unfortunately, I booked a room with a pull out couch and they put me in a room with out one. I feel that if they was unable to fulfill what I needed and paid for then I should have been able get a lower rate or an upgrade. When I checked in the staff member didn’t inform me of this until I called downstairs. If it was communicated by the staff member of the unfortunate circumstances of the room and the inability to have what I paid...

「Enjoyed my one stay at the Hotel. Service was outstanding, the comfort of the room was great. My family enjoyed a well rested night. My only suggestion is to have the cloth curtains to be clipped with something so it does not prevent the A/C wall ventilation stacked in between the curtains. This creates a little of discomfort with A/C no cool the room correctly. Other than that. Excellent! 」
