“Bathroom smells mouldy, could have done with a small window opener for airflow.kitchen has everything you need.parking perfect outside accommodation Overall a good place to stay”

“Lovely cottage which is situated close to Durham City centre.Helpful, friendly host, who was on hand when we had any problems. Also, a very good Italian restaurant next door.”

“I booked the apartment because it was the only one with 2 single beds on Expedia website, unfortunately it wasn’t when we got there. I didn’t see the small print about leaving a deposit (£150) when I paid for the 2 nights on Expedia app. The apartment was okay clean, but scratches on walls, doors and refrigerator, and I had to take videos as evidence just to avoid getting claims from the management, the boiler didn’t work so I read through the instructions to reboot it just to get hot water. ……

“Lovely apartment, we plan to be regular visitors if possible.”

“Lovely property on the outskirts of Durham. Great sized bedrooms. Lovely big kitchen. Lovely garden. Friendly host”

“Great communication from owner, easy lockbox access when we turned up in the early hours. House was large with comfortable space for the four us. Nice and clean with nice shower after the show we had just played. Will definitely return”

“Great location for what we wanted. Very clean with everything we needed.”

“Beautiful property, very clean, great facilities. Hot tub was amazing. Host very friendly and helpful. Thank you for a great stay.”

“Brilliant communication from the host. Immaculate house in a quiet residential street. Had a driveway which fit our two cars comfortably. The house itself was beautiful. Stunning decor and attention to detail. Modern appliances and everything you need. Beds were super comfy with soft linen. The location was great as shops and retail park just a few minutes drive away, Durham was approx ten mins by car. The welcome booklet was so detailed it helped us lots. Would absolutely come stay here again,……

“Kitchen was very sparsely equipped. Sofa in lounge was saggy and not comfortable to sit on. The water in the shower was very unpredictable as to temperature. One minute you were roasted and the next freezing. Do not park at back of the house as the wall is falling down and will take your car with it.”

“環境清潔空間舒服地點方便，我們停留在這裡時住宿體驗非常棒”

“Clean & comforts, but there’s no table which even can’t have a simple breakfast. Have 2 sofa which are no use for us. It’s better to have a table & storage drawer.”
