「Great pool. Good breakfast.」

「有许多的停车位，走路7-8分钟即可到达市中心。房间略小但是需要的基本浴巾与床单还是干净整洁。遗憾的是没有电热水壶以及小冰箱，夏日比较不方便保存买来的酒以及食物。」

The front desk staff was very friendly, warm and helpful, the check-in process was very smooth. Our room is on the 3rd floor, and there is no elevator. The front desk staff was very helpful」

「The room provided to us came with an air conditioner failed to supply cool air by that day Beaune temperature was around 26-28 degree C. The lady in-charged front desk said hotel air conditioner will only supply cool air the next Monday, but we will check-out on Sunday after two nights stay. I questioned her how a hotel had such facilities failure without backup plan. She said sorry to me but the hotel had nothing to do to the guest like me even no electric fan provided. She then even counter...
