"Great stay at the hotel Al Piolet, loved the furnishings and staff makes sure you had a great holiday. Rooms are not the biggest but nicely decorated and comfortable for 2 people stay."

"The location of the hotel is one of its biggest pull factors, not least because of the ability to properly ski in/ski out. The staff were all generally helpful, especially at the front desk, spa, and Dmitry the driver. However, the hotel doesn’t feel as ‘modern’ as described and the rooms are fairly uninspiring. Water pressure in the showers isn’t great which means having all the alternative shower points (lateral, spray, etc) rather pointless. It’s also frustrating that you have to pay an extra €25 to use the swimming pool and spa as a hotel guest because it’s already expensive. "

"The room was clean. When we booked our room, we were made to believe that we had a private hot tub but the hot tub was actually shared with a room next to ours. The staff were extrmemely nice but it felt like they were pretty understaffed. It's hard to beat this lcoation and the room itself was great, just not sure if the entire experience at the hotel was worth what we paid."

"The apartment was nice and clean. The family that owned and took care of the hotel was amazing. Very friendly and my daughter had a lot of fun playing around and talking to them. "

"Great communication from Stefano prior and during our visit, including restaurant recommendations. Clear instructions of where to park, store skis and where the bins are located. We booked two apartments for our group, Dansketinde and Kanjut Sat. Both were spacious and clean with great amenities and had everything for our 3 night stay. The sofa bed was also the most comfortable sofa bed I have slept on.The accommodation is located approx. 10min walk (or 2-3min drive) from the gondola station. It was also approx. 10min walk to some bars, restaurants and shops which is ideal.There is a small car park located 4mins walk (en route to the gondola car park) where you can join the end of Red Run 1 which saves having to carry skis down to the gondola station if you plan to walk. You can also finish the day here making it quicker to walk back to the apartment.I would recommend staying at Esprit Carrel for family and friends and look forward to visiting again soon."

"Perfect location for a ski trip as you're just at a 2 min walk from the slopes. Also very convenient to have a garage where we could leave all the ski equipment behind.Busy road thoughIt's a pity that there aren't any outside furniture to enjoy sunny weather, we had to take the kitchen chairs outside.Isolation of the doors of the bedrooms was not sufficient.No big supermarket close by, had to buy everything in the small (pricy) supermarket.But we would return to this accommodation in the future."

"This is an extremely cute and clean refurbished family home. It made for an excellent ski lodge for us. Be advised this is a old family home and way smaller than people are used to but it has everything you need and was an amazing place to experience the local heritage. A "
