"I've stayed here multiple times now, and the staff at the San Rafael Four Points Hotel made all the difference for very positive experiences. I made several errors in managing my reservations and yet the staff members were always willing to sort things out quickly and cordially. "Overall: Nice rooms. Strong internet. Room service was efficient albeit a limited menu. Highlight: The Japanese self-flushing toilet. Hilton went all out on the commode and spared no expense. It’s top of the line, beats the WC at all 5-star hotels in SF and beyond. We just did a remodel and purchased a version but not with self-flushing option. It was just too precious. Bravo Embassy Suites. You did a thing!! And we love it. Lowlights: Room service food was too oily, brussel sprouts weren’t browned they were burned. Too few menu items. Not appealing menu items. Out of stock on basic things like ginger ale. And $25 for parking?! Seriously??"
