「這是我整趟行程最糟糕的經驗,我寄放在飯店的登機行李被飯店弄丟了,差一點沒有辦法出境,check out以後飯店櫃台告訴我會把我的行李鎖起來放在飯店的儲藏地方,但我傍晚五點回到飯店要提領行李去機場時,東西都在原地卻少了一紙箱,裡面全是我要登機的手提行李,包含最重要的文件夾(包含簽證及出差的報銷單據及現金)和購買的手工木製禮品,longchamp手提袋,克羅埃西亞紀念品,自己私人的用品如烘罩,上衣,薄外套等.我真的很希望飯店能善盡職責找出竊賊,歸還我的文件和物品,這讓我對塞爾維亞的印象整個大打折扣.不希望有別人也吃虧上當. 「Location is right at the centre, at the pedestrian street and main shopping area. It is upstair of the tourist information office. On the G/F there is also a 24-hour supermarket. The hotel is located on 4/F of a rather old building, access through a very old-fashioned small elevator. Once inside the funishing is very modern and constrast greatly with the exterior of the building. The room is well maintained and of a high standard. Free WIFI is working well. 」

After staying four nights I think that the positive reviews of the property are more believable than the negatives.
