This 95m2 new apartment in the prime location with parking included is perfect for your stay in Belgrade. Apt is very bright, spacious and has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, full kitchen and dining area, big balcony and is designed to perfection. In addition, super fast wi fi, huge HD tv, HBO, apple tv, A/C, tea and coffee in the morning. Apt is very quiet so you may sleep well. I will help you with getting around the city and everything that you need. Enjoy 😃

The property is on the 4th floor and there are 2 big long flights per floor (See pic). Then you have another flight to get up to the unit (See pic). The owner did not tell us any of this or other renters in the building that there was NO elevator until the day before when he sends the access information for the unit. The sink was loose and leaking and mulitiple unsafe loose electrical outlets are a hazard in the unit. The unit is pictured and it states 3 queen beds in the fraudulent listing when one bedroom has a smaller fuoton (See pic). The air condition couldn't keep up as there is only one in the whole unit. It could have been cleaner also. Would not recommend this to anyone!!!

All was great

The apartment was really great. Milos was great and helped us a lot. Location was very good. Me and my friends are coming back. If you looking for a great apartment, lock no more. Tre good size bedrooms, two good toilets. Kitchen was good to.

Perfect stay to visit Belgrade

The apartment is in the centre of Stari grad. An easy access to nearby sights. It is a great spacious apartment on the top of the building with a small balcony. The owner was very quick in a communication, otherwise is a no contact check-in. We’ve missed only a couple of more slippers and coffee mugs.

Great neighborhood and quick response from owner

The neighborhood (skadarlija) is walkable to many places in Belgrade. Milos was very accessible and responded quickly to any issue or question that came up. The apartment is clean and has the basic necessities.

Perfect for a short visit

The location was perfect as we the check-in procedure. If you're looking for a place to crash after long days of sightseeing this rental is perfect. The nights were quiet and the place was clean.
