It was difficult to communicate with the rental agency by phone upon arrival, and we were not met as expected, due to the fact that we were at a different ferry terminal. We ended up having to take rest breaks, as finding our unit meant climbing a larger than expected number of steps up the cobblestone walkways! A taxi service at that ferry terminal would have been most welcomed!All things considered, the VRBO was at a great location for experiencing Bellagio!
