A nice sized space for two with a very nice bathroom. Be warned there is a step down immediately as you enter the apartment and it is not marked. The sofa was uncomfortable and the arms were loose or broken as was a leg on the bedside table. The bedding had stains but the towels were very nice quality. The apartment did not have the basics such as coffee or sugar. The toilet paper supply ran out before our stay was half over and we were told the host would not supply more. We were asked to download Vrbo app then our many messages went unanswered so check in was difficult and stressful, We will not stay with this company again. We loved the local pub for meals. The location is far from town and there was no information in the apartment from host about transport options.

I have never left a 1 star review of anything, and i felt compelled to not let anyone else endure the troubles we did while on vacation. LARGEST ISSUE. We tried to contact the host for 5 days during our stay, we emailed, sent messages on VRBO, and exhausted all resources for 5 days with 0 response. As I’m writing this I still have not heard from them. 1st. The house was dirty, and poorly cleaned. Dishes weren’t even clean. We had to wash everything before using them. 2nd. The room smelt like mold, it was so humid as if it had been flooded multiple times. Everything felt wet, it left a smell on our clothes and we had to wash everything at the laundromat. 3rd. She shower would pool with water any time you used it causing it to pool on the bathroom floor, we finally ended up on day taking apart the shower drain and cleaned out what looked like 3 years of hair. THIS IS NOT THE DUTY OF THE PERSON STAYING AT A PROPERTY THAT SPENT HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS TO STAY HERE. 4th. For 3 days the WiFi just stopped working. I would never rent from this company again. What a disaster to deal with while on holiday.

Stay in Bellagio

Der Aufenthalt an sich war gut, die Unterkunft entspricht den Bildern und ist rein optisch süß gestaltet. Leider hat die Unterkunft ein großes Feuchtigkeitsproblem. Unsere Klamotten fühlten sich nach dem zweiten Tag klamm an und haben bisschen gerochen. Aus dem Abfluss in der Toilette kommt leider immer wieder ein Gestank hoch. Kommunikation, Check in und Besitzer waren hingegen super! Aber die zwei Themen sollte man in den Griff kriegen um der Unterkunft mehr Sterne zu geben!
