Lovely apartment

Location is amazing … in the heart of Bellagio with easy access to everything. Patio was our favorite part — gorgeous view of the lake and happenings below. Stayed with friends. Perfect place for 2 couples. Wonderful visit!

Superb Location!

We (2 couples) used this apartment as a home base for exploring the Lake Como region. The wonderful terrace made us want to just stay there! Fantastic communications with Gratzie, always timely and helpful (including advice about local arrangements). Right in the middle of great restaurants and shops, and 100 feet to the passenger ferry terminal. A great stay!

Amazing Beligio Experience

I can’t say enough about the flat and location. U are in the heart of Beligio. Great views and great for people watching. Plan to go back soon.

Fabulous

Couldn’t ask for a better location. Steps away from the ferry. Amazing view and great people watching. Enjoyed the jazz from the adjacent restaurant on our patio but not too noisy for sleeping. Beds were comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

Comfortable and convenient

Basic 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment that has a terrace with a great view (gets the afternoon sun so it’s very warm). Comfortable beds, A/C and washer. It’s upstairs from cafes, bars and restaurants. It’s right across from the ferry piers. If you’re trying to choose between Como and Bellagio to stay, Bellagio wins.

Great view but lots of issues.

The Pros - The view from this apartment was amazing. Right on the lake. The location was central to everything in Bellagio which was great! The instructions to check in were very clear and the photos really helped. The Cons - There were many issues with the unit. The worst being that one of the toilets wouldn't flush. We sent multiple emails, WhatsApp messages and tried calling.(unsuccessfully due to high volume of calls). Someone finally stopped by 2 days later. Unacceptable. In addition, the pink building in the background is undergoing renovation which meant loud jackhammering and sawing from 9am until after 5pm. There wasn't enough toilet paper; the water pressure in the main bath was pitiful; there was miscommunication about the parking (very frustrating); the towel warmers didn't work and there were no extra garbage bags or any dishwashing detergent. One additional issue was that the person upstairs ran on the treadmill from 6:30-8:30. It was loud and created strobe lighting in the main bedroom. (We have video)

first time in Bellagio

We stayed for a week. The apartment was a great location. We enjoyed the views and watching people from the second floor patio. Restaurants all around. The ferry right across the street. Would highly recommend for a stay in Bellagio.

Late April at La Terrazza Cavour

Great location on the first floor next to Hotel Suisse and right across the street from the ferry terminal. The terrace is the perfect place to people watch and enjoy the breathtaking view of Lake Como. The apartment itself is well equipped for an extended stay. If I had to say something negative about it, the furniture is a little dated and there are a few loose tiles about. Charm, right? All in all I think this is a great place to spend some time while in Bellagio.

Spectacular View

My friends, my husband and I stayed at your property Oct 14-16th. The location is the absolute best-right in the thick of everything. Check in was easy and the bedrooms were cozy and comfy. The outdoor patio is the most wonderful part of this property. We hardly went inside. If you did want to spend time inside, there’s really no living room, so you would have to stay in the bedrooms. Would definitely stay again.

The best place to stay in Bellagio!

Great location with an outdoor terrace that will memorize your senses. A wonderful apartment that you will surely enjoy!
