A million dollar view, but not a high price. Don't wait for fall to be over! Rent this condo! It's worth a visit! Don't wait or you will miss out! It's the perfect spot to relax and enjoy!!

Imagine yourself during the spring and summer sitting on the deck enjoying the beautiful view of the golf course and Lake Bellaire. In the fall and winter there is a fireplace to keep you warm & cozy.

This 2nd floor (no elevator) studio condo is located in the Summit Village on Shanty Creek Resort. All guests have use of the Summit Village Beach Club.

Enjoy an affordable get-away at this furnished efficiency studio. This unit will give you beautiful accommodations at one of Northern Michigan's popular Golf and Ski resorts. Bellaire is in the heart of "Vacation Country", just 45 miles NE of Traverse City. Really close to Torch Lake too. Depending where you go, 16-30 minutes.

The unit has a queen murphy bed, a queen size pull-out couch, a full kitchen and wireless internet from the resort. The kitchen is equipped with pots and pans for simple cooking and dishes for 4.

Be sure to reach out to me about long term rental pricing. I have stated 10%-15% for weekly or seasonal, but I can and will do better depending on the time of year and length of stay. Daily rates won't apply.

Easy to find. The balcony view was beautiful. Was not there much as for we travled a lot on saturday. The fireplace was peacful with the rain. Because we travled on our motorcycle, definitely did not make some people happy. But it was a beautiful place. Next time i visit definitely be staying there again

The property was perfect for me, my daughter and daughter-in-law. We enjoyed the shaded deck - sat out there quite a bit. We enjoyed the pool as well. It probably could use some new pool furniture, but overall it was nice. Our host was awesome! Very quick response time - and very helpful. We would stay at this location again for sure!

Nice place in a beautiful area. Studio was plenty big enough for our family of four. Our two teenagers slept on the pull-out couch. We didn’t spend a lot of time there at the resort but it is a nice place!

Clean unit
This unit was extremely clean and comfortable. It is not spacious as it is a studio but it is better than a hotel room in my opinion because it has a nice gas fireplace and a full kitchen so you can eat in. The pull out couch and the murphy bed appear to be newer so the mattresses are comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom could use some updating but again - the unit is EXTREMELY clean so that is always #1 in my book! The view of the lake and the woods is very pretty - like you are by yourself as you cannot see any other unit. I would definitely rent again.

The location of this property is amazing. Situated on the side of large hill with views of Lake Bellaire from the deck. Town is 7 minute drive away with a grocery store even closer.
