「The host was very friendly, and was eager to supply us with whatever we needed. The cottage was so cute! It looked almost new, with updated light fixtures, and a wonderfully appointed bathroom. It had a huge jetted tub, as well as a walk in shower, with a nice, high shower head and beautiful tile work. The seating and the bed were very comfortable, and the air conditioner worked well. Each cottage has its own designated parking space (enough for two cars each!), and there is ample space for boat...

「Very dated motel. Stayed here for the nostalgia, as I grew up going to HoJo's around the US. Check in was ok, but no one there to check out. Stairs to the room were rusty with peeling paint. Crumbling sidewalks. Felt unsafe. Shower curtain had that foul, sour smell--needs to be soaked in bleach or disinfectant. A real turn off. Beds seemed clean and we're comfy.
