"We just returned from an amazing stay at this 2-bedroom condo, and it exceeded every expectation! The location is unbeatable — truly just 7 minutes to Schuss Mountain for incredible skiing (or summer golf), right in the heart of Shanty Creek Resort, and only a quick drive to Short's Brewery in Bellaire for beers and pub grub. We loved how central it was to all the best activities in Northern Michigan.The condo itself is super cozy and well-equipped. The fireplace was the highlight — nothing beats curling up by the fire after a day on the slopes or out exploring. The living space felt warm and inviting, the kitchen was fully stocked for easy meals, and both bedrooms were comfortable with plenty of space for our group.Everything was clean, thoughtfully set up, and the resort amenities (pools, hot tubs, shuttles) made it feel like a true vacation upgrade. Whether you're here for winter sports, golfing, hiking, or just relaxing with a beer from Short's, this spot is ideal.We can't wait to come back — highly recommend to anyone looking for the perfect mix of adventure and comfort. 5 stars all the way! "The condo was just as described -- clean and cozy. Mgt was responsive to questions / needs. Enjoyed the big garden tub after skiing, and the fireplace added ambience. The view was a peaceful winter wonderland, and we were entertained by the many birds and big, black squirrels. We hope to come back next year!"

"This place was very clean, the views were beautiful in the winter, full size class windows wall to wall. Cozy fireplace, lots of space.There’s a creek that runs in the back, saw deer and hawk. 9 min drive to ski , 4 mins to pizza and grocery. Couldn’t ask for a nicer place. "

"What a find! This house and the location exceeded our expectations. It is off the beaten path but still close enough to everything. The views are breathtaking! Water on 3 sides of the deck. The house was clean and very well stocked with everything that we needed. We took advantage of the kayaks on a beautiful and peaceful morning, and I am so glad that we did. The host was great. He called the morning of our arrival to give us specific directions to the house (GPS only gets you part of the way there). I can't say enough great things about our trip and this house. We enjoyed every minute of it. Highly recommend."
